I stayed at a nice hotel near the bus station in a convenient location. The staff was kind and helpful, even carrying my heavy bag up the stairs with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony. The hostel had a modern and well-decorated vibe. It was just a short walk to the bus station and away from the noisy bars. I loved almost everything about this place.
Would recommend this hotel.

Much better than expected - clean good room with balcony. Safe locker inside the room.
Location - there is pretty much nothing around, we could hardly find a place to eat.

Clean, modern and friendly staff!
I had a short stay at Lub Sbuy and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the value for money was exceptional. The location suited my needs perfectly. Although there were a couple of bars nearby that played loud music late into the night, the windows did a good job of muffling the noise. In fact, I ended up joining in and had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, modernity, and friendly staff.

The design of the hotel was very nice. It had a lot of character and an "industrial" yet modern feel to it. Nice furniture and material (i.e wooden deck floors) and generally a good concept for decoration. You can catch the bus from right opposite (if you can figure out which one is the right one) and it is located near many nice bars and places to eat as well as the hot springs which are really worth a trip. Mr Pon is also close-by which is good to plan your trip further.
Although my room was very clean, the shared toilets were not always clean.

Clean room, convenient location for ferry to Koh Phi Phi - we stayed one night as a stop over. Hotel staff were helpful.
Phuket Town isnt great, wouldnt recommend to stay for more than a stop over to Phi Phi Islands.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The shared bathrooms could be uncomfortable, especially for female guests. Some staff members were unfriendly and rude at times.

The location was perfect for us to take the boat to kho phi phi.
The staff was kind of rude, not a warm welcoming.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a bus station nearby.- The street food options outside the hotel were amazing.
The hostel was located next to a noisy nightclub, making it difficult to sleep. The beds were not very comfortable.

- location - it was the hotel nearest the Rassada Pier to go to the ferry - good shower (we had a luxury double room)
- staff at check-in wasn't nice at all - rooms wasn't clean - bad sound isolation, we heard till 4h in the morning the DJ next door, so we didn't sleep - only use this hotel as a stop to go to the ferry, otherwise, don't go in this hotel

Wr stayed at this hotel only 1 nigth when seeking for an interconection between our late night flight to Phuket and and the trip out to Phi Phi the next day. Located in the middle of a main street, the room became a bit too noisy during the night, we could hear almost any car/bus/moto passing by. For the rest, the room (a standard double room W. private bathroom) we had was extremely clean and big, the same for the bathroom. Can`t evaluate its additional services, as we stayed only 7 hours there, arriving late in the night and checking out early in the morning. Recomendable as a transition point when travelling to the islands.
- The room we had on the 1st floor was a bit too noisy as oriented directly towards the main street - located just behind the local bus station, the surroundings are a bit dirty and not nice, even though if you are staying only for 1 night, this is not the most important point
